There are some pieces that become a staple in your closet the second you purchase them. That is exactly what happened when I purchased this oversized distressed denim jacket from Gap. If you follow me on social media, you will know how much I love this jacket. It is soft, it is super comfortable, and it literally goes with anything and everything I own. It may be the best purchase I have made this year. Yes, that is a bold statement, but it is true!

For the other pieces I am wearing, I went with my favorites: neutrals! A black bodysuit from Tobi which fits perfectly and is a great piece to wear with jeans, shorts, skirts, etc.! I love the style of it and the thin straps. It is a perfect transition piece. And my shorts, I own them in three colors. Yup, three colors! They are from Zara and they fit perfectly. I love their high-waisted style and how chic there are. You can dress them up with a beautiful blouse or blazer and throw on heels for a more dressed up vibe. Or you can dress them down with a tank top and sandals for a more relaxed vibe. They are really versatile.
Lastly, my booties are also a new piece in my wardrobe that I am loving. They are by Vince Camuto and I purchased them off of HauteLook when they were recently having a Vince sale! I love the color and their heel height! They are perfect for walking around, great for work and such a good piece to wear for the fall time.
