How I Make Guava & Cheese Pastelitos

I recently shared on my TikTok how to make Guava and Cheese Pastelitos. They are so easy to make and they are absolutely delicious. All you need is:

1. Puff Pastry ( I use Pepperidge Farm)
2. Guava Paste
3. Cream Cheese
4. Egg for egg wash

After I posted the video, someone recommended that you can mix your cream cheese with some vanilla extract and sugar (or Karol syrup). I just used the cream cheese as it was, because I love the contrast for the sweet guava and the cream cheese, but the mixture recommended also sounds amazing too.

Also, you can just add the guava paste, and no cream cheese. I did that for a few because my sister doesn’t like the cream cheese filling. So that is totally up to you!
