Hello my friends! I wanted to share with you all some great children’s book that I had put on my baby registry for Monaco’s baby shower and that I now get to read with him! I wanted to make sure that Monaco read books that shows characters that look like him, but also characters that don’t look like him. I wanted him to see characters that include different genders, different races, different religions, different socio-economic situations, historical characters and the list goes on!

These books are absolutely beautiful and are great tools that we can use when teaching our children about respecting one another, about diversity, about equality and about kindness! Our children are the future, and these valuable and important lessons start in the home, so I encourage you to check out these books!
