I want to introduce to you the love of my life, Monaco Sébastien Pruitt, our brand new baby boy! He is our Leap Year baby and was born on February 29, 2020 at 2:30pm. He weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz. and decided to make his entrance into the world about 2.5 weeks early. My due date was March 19, but Monaco couldn’t want to make his grand entrance!
With all that is going on in the world, I am so happy he decided to come early, since my family was allowed to be with me at the hospital at that time. He came very quick, which I am so grateful for! My water broke at 7:30am, we arrived at the hospital at 8am, and
How did we pick the name Monaco? Well, we named him Monaco because that was one of our favorite places we visited on our honeymoon back in 2017 in France. Our honeymoon was the best trip my husband and I ever took, and we talk about returning to the South of France all the time. We cannot wait to go back one day with our baby boy so he can experience how beautiful it is too!
I know I am posting this almost 3 months late, but becoming a new mom and creating a new routine with a newborn has been quite time consuming. Motherhood has been the most beautiful and challenging thing I have ever experienced. But I would not change a single thing. Monaco is the best thing to happen to our little family and we are so blessed for our healthy and happy baby boy!
